Catering Order Form

Our cookies are Scratch Made by hand and Fresh Baked, some may slightly vary in size or center piece placement. .

We specialize in Nut Butter cookies. Because made to order items are ordered specifically for your event, custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange. We will quote the price of each product ordered. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with your order, balance due upon completion, plus S/H or Delivery charges.

Cancellations must be made within 3 days after order has been placed. After 3 days, custom orders are cancellable and a cancellation fee of 10% of order will apply. If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please contact us via email at catering@nuttin_butters.com or 510-610-2303 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. We recommend you make sure that the item(s) you have customized is 100% of what you honestly want to receive. Your satifaction is important to us.

Production begins on the 3rd day after your order has been processed and cookies are sent out same day.. We make every effort to have your order available in a timely manner. Orders placed before 9am PST will be ready for Pick Up or Local Delivery (within 10 mile radius) SAME DAY between 2pm-7pm. Normal shipping time is within 3 business days and packages arrive via FedEx Ground.
