All cookie orders are "Special" orders and are NOT eligible for exchange or return unless there is a legitimate defect in the product or merchandise.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please contact us via email email@example.com as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made within 1 day after order has been placed. After 1 day, cookie orders are not cancelable.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, items are normally processed within a hour of receiving the order. By the second day orders are prepared to begin baking. Orders that have already been baked can be partially refunded. However, shipped items cannot be cancelled and no refund will be granted. We recommend you make sure that the item(s) you ordered is 100% of what you honestly want to receive.
